When it comes to the crucial topic of consent, especially in intimate relationships, it’s essential to understand how to obtain and respect it. Teaching our children about consent should start at a young age, emphasizing the importance of mutual agreement and respect in any interaction.
Some suggest that consent should be documented to prevent future misunderstandings or false accusations of violation.
In situations where consent is questioned, particularly for boys or men, proving that it was given can be challenging. It’s vital for individuals to educate themselves on what constitutes consent and to prioritize meaningful connections over casual encounters. The impact of not ensuring consent can be life-altering, leading to legal consequences and damaged relationships.
For individuals without sons but with male family members, like brothers, uncles, or nephews, supporting them in understanding consent is crucial. By avoiding risky situations and prioritizing clear communication, they can protect themselves and others from potential harm. Ultimately, the ability to prove consent lies in respecting boundaries and seeking enthusiastic agreement in all interactions.

So my question is what happen to smaki, I’m just asking I’m not fighting 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I feel tha pain as mother she lost everything
Deep down ntswaki dad believes tobais,, 🤞
Y’all taking these court case very personal 🤣🤣 like Evelyn
I’m so divided over this story like; so how does one get consent; how do we teach our kids about consent; must it be recorded so that someone won’t come and say I was violated.
If it gets to that; how does a boy/man prove beyond Reasonable doubt that indeed they recieved consent. I don’t have a boy child; but I have brothers; uncles and nephews and I love them; all that man should do is educate themselves about consent and avoid this one night stands because their lives will be completely changed overnight; because by the looks of things, proving that consent was granted is a complicated matter.
And Ntswaki didn’t cry this time when Toby was telling his side of story..it’s like she noticed all of those he said were true 😩
The reason why i stopped watching skeem saam is that they take so long to conclude their case now u have to wait for next week😒😒 and whn next week comes u still have to wait for the following week 🙄
This is really sad,the only thing that bothers me and really hurts me is how a smart, wise and responsible person who has their fingers behind their phone can waste their time just to open their eyes wide open and concentrate on reading my comment, it’s crazy. 😂😂
Best show in SA 🙌🏾🫰🏾
The writers are nailing this storyline.as much as viewers want Toby to win the case it can’t be handed to him in a plater.like woow congrats Toby.He must also take the blame.both a girl child and boy child must be educated and learn from both sides.
If he hasn’t rushed on sleeping with Ntswaki whom he hardly knew.he wouldn’t be in this situation.
But then it’s sad the parents suffers too for their behavior 😭
